Block 18 of Elegant Garden is completed, just one more block to applique for row 4 then I'll be starting the last row.
I really like this block even though there were so many pieces. It's like eating an elephant, just one piece at a time.
The Elegant Garden quilt was designed by Edtyta Sitar. I have challenged myself to use only the civil war fabrics I already have on hand to make these blocks.

Love this - those bits of blues just make the other colors pop!
Your nicest one yet! So pretty.
This block looks great. I do love your challenge to yourself to only use fabric you have on hand. ~Jeanne
What a nice finish. And a terrific challenge to use fabric you have.
Another great block. xx
You've done well at sticking with this one. Your right, just a small bite at a time will pay off. Happy stitching this week.
Fabric choices really make these blocks shine. So beautiful.
One of my favorite too! This block is very beautiful, and your project is coming along very nicely. I can't wait to see all the blocks together!
Thank you for sharing and linking up, and sorry for the late reading.
