For the past several months I've been making quilts to be gifted to granddaughter Joanna when she's older. Three have been pieced and sent to the long arm quilter. There is actually a 4th quilt I would like to make for her 'someday' but not this year. Quadrangle used a lot of the fabrics left from the first two quilt but there are still scraps not used.
The clerk's quilt is finished and on display at Calico Point.
I have no intention of making this quilt larger, there are so many HST's! Piecing all the HST's with Thangles will be a great mindless project to work on at future retreats.
Update - A comment was made that they made this quilt several years ago when it was a free pattern from MSQC, it's not free anymore.

There about a million HST's to be made. I'll use Thangles and sew them at retreat. Slowly the quilt will come together but it won't be a fast & speedy quilt. Thanks for commenting!
Gosh that's a pretty quilt. I just put the pattern in my wishlist. How big are the HSTs? I've not heard of "Thangles", but they look like a good investment. Do you have more than one size?

Lovely. I made this quilt a few years back but it was a free design from MSQ call Vintage Lace or Antique Lace, something like that. Thank you for linking up to Put your foot down.
My goodness, those are tiny pieces... the pattern is fantastic, but you really have to want it.
Maybe I'll get around to smaller patterns sometime – my third quilt is made from 5-inch pieces :-))

What a pretty quilt, Gretchen! Is it ENTIRELY made from HSTs or are there rectangles of white as well?
There are some white squares and rectangles in there to. Piecing all the HST's will be challenging enough, putting those blocks together will be another challenge!
