This quilt will end up as a charity quilt. There is no sense in making tiny blocks for a charity quilt which will have a lot of use. I've made Dear Jane and Nearly Insane, both quilts with thousands of pieces. You have too. I'm glad to make some bigger blocks now for a change.

I never used to favor large blocks like this but over the years I have really been enjoying working with large blocks.

I was intrigued by this pattern as well - can you strip piece it?
These blocks are gorgeous, Gretchen!
I love these blocks, this would be a perfect project for a one block quilt. Hmmm, maybe I will play with that idea. Thanks for the inspiration.
They are looking pretty good in green, Gretchen.
This will be a lovely quilt for your charity, I'm sure it will be appreciated for many years.
That's big progress!
Oh, I think I am going to have to pull out my scraps squares and plan to make this pattern! Thanks for linking up with To-Do Tuesday!
