Orange Star Dance Blocks

I've sewn the 8 orange Star Dance blocks for September. These little stars will finish at 4".

There are many shades of orange in this group.

And a picture of all the Star Dance blocks so far.

  1. Sweet! At 4" it will take a LOT of stars.

  2. Hi Gretchen,
WOW - I just love the orange stars. It's not a color I use often and they sure look happy. That has to be so inspiring to see all of the stars on your design wall. So pretty! I can't wait to see it all finished. Are you adding sashing? Just curious . . . ~smile~ Roseanne

    1. I have decided if I'm going to sash them or have white squares in between. I've decided to just get them finished first, then decide.

  3. You have a nice collection of oranges. I have used so many of mine in making fall quilts that my supply is on the low side.

  5. So tiny! But they pack a cute punch of color worthy of a block twice their size. Your quilt is going to be awesome!

  7. So tiny and adorable. It will take so many for a quilt, but it will be totally worth it.
