Twelve pink Ohio stars for my antique stars variation have been made. I'm posting a single block first, then groups of four. The blocks all have pink points even though some of the pinks look red.
These blocks finish at 4.5". I just need twelve more then I'll have enough!

I always forget how easy these blocks come together until you posted yours - I love this star pattern

ReplyDeleteFabulous blocks, Gretchen .Your week has been a busy one so far. You will have those other 12 completed soon. Happy quilting
ReplyDeleteI love your blocks. I have made Ohio Stars but not like that. Is the directions for the star available? Thanks for sharing. It is going to be a great quilt. Theresa
ReplyDeleteI'm foundation paper piecing all the blocks. I used my ruler and drew a pattern for a 4.5" finished star then copied it. I could get 2 star patterns on a page.
DeleteI don't know if my reply went thru I asked if you could show a picture of you paper copy. I love paper piecing. Since it is Spring this will be the winter project. Life is busy on the farm.
DeleteI am so not a pink girl, but I adore pink and beige color schemes in quilts!!
ReplyDeleteGosh these are pretty! What a gorgeous quilt they will make. Thanks for sharing on Wednesday Wait Loss.
