Quilt Arizona! 2020 Desert Stars

One of the activities my daughter and I did during my visit was to attend the Quilt Arizona quilt show sponsored by the Arizona Quilters Guild.

We had a wonderful time and I took lots of pictures. I'm not going to show all the photos, just too many to show.

Here are some of the Best of Show quilt and some quilts that didn't win any ribbons but I appreciated them.

This was my favorite quilt from the show, I loved the little animals.

I tried to get the information card on the side of the quilt but it doesn't work for me, sorry.

Close ups of those cute little animals.

She had actually crocheted a lace edge on this quilt!

These last quilts were some of the Best of Show quilts.

These quilts are just a few of the beautiful quilts that were displayed. I've realized I didn't post pictures of the beautiful southwestern colored quilts. Those are quilts you don't see at the Midwestern shows.

Quilt Arizona! 2021 will be held March 25 - 27, 2021 at the Mesa Convention Center, in Mesa Arizona.

Linking to To Do Tuesday, Midweek Makers, Wednesday Wait Loss, Put Your Foot DownNeedle & Thread Thursday.

  1. Hi Gretchen! Wow, lots of eye candy and plenty of inspiration you've shared today. That rope border on Dutch Heritage is very unique and striking, and I'll bet it was even better in person. Thanks for linking up this week. ~smile~ Roseanne

  3. I loved seeing the double wedding ring with the applique border - it says from 2003 - I made the exact pattern in 1997 or so and won Best of Show from the County Fair - it is the only one of two years I entered and it was my first show that I entered. Thanks for sharing.
